  1. Would love the chance to go on the Vietnam Journey. Truth: I would love to go on any of these Acanela tours.

  2. This trip is probably the most disused trip you have- hope it inspires many people to realize its abundant beauty

  3. A bittersweet day today remembering Anthony Bourdain’s fantastic piece on Vietnam. I’d like a peek into his world there. ❤️

  4. My husband is currently deployed in the Middle East and we also never got a honeymoon. He’s been gone over four months now and currently it’s a six month deployment. We’ve been married 3 years and we could really use some US/ALONE time. I think it would be amazing to conceive our first born child in an amazing country. Vietnam 🇻🇳 is the perfect place to do it! If I win this trip it will not go to waste. I will take many photos and I will truly appreciate this magical experience. Thank you.

  5. Having only been to Vancouver as far as world traveling goes, this opportunity would be astounding! I would love to experience Vietnam’s beautiful geography, cuisine, and proud culture. Plus as an avid hiker and yogi, being able to do what I love in such a beautiful place seems so profoundly fulfilling and humbling.

  6. When I was beginning my travel writing career, I had a chance to go to Vietnam and missed it. I would adore the opportunity to finally take that chance and explore the abundant beauty and culture of the country!

  9. I must go to Viet Nam. I’ve wanted to go with urgency since I saw the episode of Anthony Bourdain and President Obama’s visit to the country. Now that Anthony is no longer with us, my heart is heavy but I want to go to the places he visited. Rest In peace Anthony, see you on the other side.

  11. I really hope that my husband and I (we just got married last month!!) will get a chance to go back to where I was born. I’ve only been back to my homeland once and that was when I was a teenager, and we mostly said in Saigon. He really wants to dive into what my culture is really all about and I want to get reconnected with my roots. We won’t really get a chance to go on a honeymoon and this would just be an absolute dream! I honestly just hope everyone gets to explore this beautiful country at least once in their lifetime!

  12. This would be cathartic. Long long ago under harsh circumstances, I was there. It would be a prayer answered to return under pleasant circumstances. Let it be!

  16. I’d like to visit Vietnam because I’m Asian; had to move to U.S. because I contracted polio as a toddler. I’d like to see the part of the world from which I came.
