Wow, my husband spent 31 1/2 years in the navy, and got to travel, so he says he’s not going to pay to travel, but I’d like just once to be able to travel with him, somewhere exotic, be posies the safari ride at Disney. I already have my passport, and I so love giraffe.

I am from Sri Lanka. I’ve lived in the States for over 40 years -my husband is American. Yes it is a beautiful country but suffered through a terrible civil war in the 70s & 80s. All my family & most of my friends have left this once peaceful, exotic island. Things have settled down but for me it will never be the same. I still have a few friends there who I would love to see…..
Just to have the opportunity to explore on a new and exciting adventure might just be what I need to find “me” again. I need something to pick me up and help me find the positives in life again.
